Q: Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
A: We provide a limited number of catalogs to the Representatives so that they may have pictures on hand.

Q: Can I purchase shoes without attending a party?
A: If you were invited to a party and cannot make it, you may click Contact Us and let us know the shoe(s) and size you are interested in and we can process your order and deliver or ship it to you.  You may also get with your hostess to see a catalog to order some of the shoes available.  We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover.   *Please note that we use telecheck, so the funds comes out of your checking account immediately and your check is returned to you.
Q: How can I assure availability of an item for me or my guest? 
A: Parties are normally scheduled at least two weeks in advance; therefore, if there is an item on line that you are interested in you can call or email your representative ahead of time so that the item can be placed on hold for you or your guest.
Q: Do you have shoes other than what is on the website?
A: Yes, that's one of the ways we bring excitement to our parties is having an inventory of items that no one has seen yet and we are always adding new merchandise.

Q: How do I know that I will find that shoe that is perfect for me?
A: We aim to please.  One of the specialties of the parties is that we have personal shoppers who will take your wishes and make every attempt to try to find you that perfect shoe.  Again, we're committed to pleasing you.

Q:  How can I become a Pleasingly Unique Representative? 

A:  If you are interested in becoming a Pleasingly Unique Representative send an email to customerservice@pleasinglyunique.com or give us a call at (757) 471-7525 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 6pm.  There are qreat earning potentials with the company, we look forward to hearing from you.


Q: I have very wide or narrow feet can you accomodate me?

A: Because we aim to please and are committed to providing you with excellent customer service, our personal shoppers will make every effort to find something that is just right for you.


Q:  What are your methods of payment?

A: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  *Please note that we use telecheck, so the funds comes out of your checking account immediately and your check is returned to you. 


Q: Do you have fake/replica/knockoff products?

A: No, we do not sell fake/replica/knockoff products.  We sell designer brands  and we also carry high quality non designer items also, this is to assure that there is something for everyone.  Also, be on the look out for our exclusive Italian Line coming out in the future. 


Q: Do you offer returns or lay-a-away?

A:  Yes 

RETURNS AND LAY-A-WAY 
 
RETURNS

You have seven days to return items in new, unworn condition for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below. Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color, or style. Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us by e-mail or call us if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. Exchanges If you received a faulty item or would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us. As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly. If you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.

LAY-A-WAYS

If your money's tight, we'll treat you right... we offer a 30 day layaway plan.  To place an item on lay-a-way you may email us at customerservice@pleasinglyunique.com  or call (757) 471-7525 and provide the item name, size, and color and we will send you a lay-a-way invoice. Layaways require a 50% deposit that is nonrefundable.  Merchandise will be sold to the next purchaser after the thirty day period and you may apply your 50% deposit toward other merchandise. You have sixty days from the initial date of the layaway to use your 50% deposit, after that time it will be forfeited to Pleasingly Unique, L.L.C.  Please contact us at www.pleasinglyunique.com or (757) 471-7525 for more information or to set up a layaway.
 

Q: Do you charge tax?

A:  As required by state law, we charge a 5% tax on all purchased made in Virginia or shipped to a Virginia address.
